Any suggestions? Thankyou. Just thought i'd say that it is a SLEH-00030 Eyetoy.

I would recommend you pinch two opposing lugs with a pair of needle nosed pliers.  At the same time 'wiggle' the focus ring with your spare hand.  The ring should be first pulled to one side.  This will hold some of the lugs down, and allow you to push in the remaining ones.</description>
